I created StoryWorld Co from a deeply personal place — as a mother, a daughter of immigrants, and someone who understands the power of language and cultural connection.

Although I was born in the United States, I was raised in La Piedad, Michoacán, Mexico, where many of my earliest memories were shaped by family, storytelling, and community. When I moved to Los Angeles as a teenager, I experienced firsthand how language can influence confidence, belonging, and opportunity.

Now, as a mother raising my own children in the U.S., I wanted to create books that help children feel connected to language, culture, and the world around them from an early age.

StoryWorld Co was built to make bilingual learning feel warm, joyful, and accessible — especially for families introducing English and Spanish together.
